Clair optical is one of the worst experiences that i have had in dealing with an optometrist. I had an appt to be fitted for contacts. I was told that i should just get "over the counter readers" since i can still see. What ?? I was told to try contacts to help my eyes. The optometrist didn't want to listen and kept pushing me to buy eye glasses. And wouldn't listen. What a waste of my time. I will never go back to Clair optical since the staff didn't want to be bothered on a Monday . Don't go to Clair optical they are the worst.

Years ago, I received invaluable medical help, so as not to lose the wonderful gift of sight. Cornea transplants for keratoconus. From the beginning I have struggled to adapt to my new circumstance. I have always counted on the help of wonderful vision professionals, for the question of glasses. This last year, my Doctor recommended the use of contact lenses, and the business of an old friend, mine and my husband: Clair Optical, it was not easy for Allan and me, but he did not give up and achieved an improvement in my vision with wonderful contact lenses. With it my vision is as good as 20/10. It's a world of difference!!! I will never go anywhere else! This review is about a month over due. I purchased some contacts for my daughter and when they arrived they were the wrong brand. I called the office to let them know and Alan ordered us the right ones and he also PERSONALLY drove to my house and brought us some contacts to get us by until the new ones came in! (they are dailies) It was above and beyond nice of him to do that for us. The customer service is outstanding and his willingness to help is amazing!

I would suggest calling them..not asking on Google Maps. Their good people and will help you out.
Hi Bill, Yes there is a method that I use. Because the Precision 1 dailies have a very slippery surface, I tell people to take a kleenex and place over your fingers and tuck the rest into the palm of your hand and then pinch them out with the kleenex.
