RESPONDING TO DEIDRE HALEY: Your husband was seen under a "vision plan" which covers a routine vision exam for the prescription of eye glasses and or contact lenses. "Vision plans" do not cover medical eye care. His initial complaint was ocular foreign body sensation. I asked him if that was what he wanted addressed and explained that his "vision plan" does not cover medical eye care. He elected to receive only the routine vision exam covered under his "vision plan". It was his choice not to receive a medical office visit. The routine exam was performed, he received his eyeglass Rx and I recommended a medical follow-up. If I can help your husband with any further eye care needs, please contact my office. It would be my pleasure to assist.

We had the worst experience! My husband and I went in for an eye exam and Dr. Schwartz was rude. We had an appointment for eye exams and 2 days before my husband said that he got something stuck in his eye, and every time he blinked he felt like it was scratching his eye. It tears up and the sun hurts it, he ask the Dr. If he could take a look at it to see if he could see anything and he told him no and that this is strictly and eye exam and to schedule a medical appt to be seen. My husband was told to get some artificial tear drops and put in it. He almost had the attitude like let's just hurry up and get this over with so I can get back to my office. I work in the medical field and the first opinion someone makes of an office is the gretting when they walk in the door, and it never felt like a greeting from the time we walked in till we left! No one said hello how is your day or anything. Awful and will not be back

Receptionist is really rude. The doctor was nice though.
