I went into the post office to get a question I had answered. I was helped by a man who was very helpful and kind. He sent someone else who was nothing but rude from the start. He cut me off and continued to call me wrong over and over. He was completely unhelpful and I was extremely shocked by the rude service I received. The man had mustache and beard with a reddish tint. I really hope nobody has the same experience, and I hope the postal service can get this figured out.

If you sent it it's on your receipt from the post office, if your receiving it the person sending it to you said you a copy of the label and it will be at the bottom of the label
First of all. Are sideways and driveways clear of snow? Do you live in Brighton, city deliver or rural? You can call the Post office directly and speak to any supervisor or Post Master about delivery issues
I believe that you must renew passports at the post office
