Unbelievable. This salon contacted me NINE times by text and voice messages to remind me of an appointment I made TWO days ago. But when I showed up not a single one of this establishments' THREE employees looked up or acknowledged me.

Really loved it here but my stylist had to cancel my haircut at the last min. It had been scheduled for over a month because it was before a wedding I was attending. I understand things happen but they didn't even try to find someone to fill in for her so I could get my hair done before the wedding. I won't be returning.

Absolutely love Kate at Gia's. She is patient and kind, and I have never once had a bad haircut from her! I will never go anywhere else! Gia's has a great atmosphere as well, very laid back and welcoming.
