Damaged vehicle (scratches to metal). Damage wasn’t on pick-up inspection sheet & damage was new. Driver signed off on damage report then company STONEWALLED! Had to have my insurance contact Pilot Transport’s parent company to get any response. Pilot would not return calls. When I finally spoke with Pilot Transport Office they said they were aware of the damage and Literally…. Hung Up On Me Rather Than Discuss It. Not Trustworthy With Fine Collector Cars!

From start to finish Pilot delivers Above great place to work, if you are in the transportation devition in any capacity, give them a call, Driver's are in high demand haul all 49 states that includes Alaska and Canada if you are so inclined. Need additional training they will help with that. Truly a great place to learn and earn.

I ordered a bike from Amazon and it was the wrong one. I called Amazon and was told Pilot transport would pick up on a Monday. I got an email from Pilot with tracking and a text saying pickup on Monday. Monday comes and Pilot never picked up the bike. I call Pilot on Wednesday and tell them they were supposed to pick up the bike on Monday. Customer service asked for tacking number which I gave them and then puts me on hold and then tells me Pilot transport would pick up Friday. Pilot transport never came on Friday and I am stuck with the wrong bike in a heavy box.
