If I could give them a 0 I would. They won't answer the phone, the communication between them and customers is ridiculous. It took countless calls and some elevated tone of voice to get my uniforms here. They didn't let me know items were on backorder, and won't be available until after the season is over. I requested a refund for the backordered items, and after 3 weeks I have still not received the refund. I have been shuffled around from individual to individual with no end in sight. I hope our local soccer league drops this company as a provider of uniforms!

It’s been almost a week and no mock up or art work for my request. I did get a quote but no details with specifics of uniform. Very poor customer service. Trying to purchase 200 plus youth basketball uniforms. Requested mock up via phone and email. Another company already has given me 5 mock ups to chose from in one day. Really surprised by the poor attention.

Purchased 3 sets of Uniforms, they don't fit, CANNOT exchange nor return.... waste of $300. Never buy if you can't try them on.
