Thanks for acting as if you’d help me relocate to prevent long term homelessness. Nothing became of all of our correspondence and then there was zero correspondence from worker Zakiya R. who lacked professionalism, the necessary skillset, and compassion to do the job she was hired to do. She doesn’t keep up with paperwork and is there collecting a check to do nothing. I would’ve appreciated a flat “No we can’t help you” verses leading me on and then not responding to any of my emails, text, or calls. Hopefully y’all can really help the next person in need of services.

I applied last March fir rental assistance as well as power assistance I got some rental help after 8m of waiting but not nearly what my neighbors got even with qualfing income and situation ext. My power bill was never taken care of and now q year later I can't reach anyone and next week I will be without power but really what's the use I can't catch up on my back rent anyway. I am so broken down and have lost complete faith in all of pierce county

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Not only did I wait for days to get a call back but because I found a couch to sleep in for the night I was told they could not help me. Are you serious, isn’t the whole point of the program is to help and since the very thing that you have been in search of and sleeping in cars only to have someone spit in your face does not deserve to represent the Pierce county housing help. The statement I was just given was if we would have called you yesterday we would be having a different story. I will make it a point that a program of this kind will not keep our homeless people in their grips of sometime help. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! These places get paid by the Government to help you through difficult financial times. This place just uses you to get your personal information so they can get paid by the Government and then they do absolutely nothing for you. My counselor setup a meeting to talk to my mortgage company and then disappeared on the day of the phone meeting. No call, No email, just the cold shoulder. I called the counselor and left a message and then followed up with an email, I finally went in to the office in person and was told my counselor was not in the office that day.I asked that she call me and No response. I hope that the Attorney General or State Auditor shuts these guys down!
