Give this organization 3 stars because when I was considering getting help from them in Tacoma area, I was told that they couldn't help me, that I'd have to go to a different county for help! Factor in the fact that I don't live there but was wondering if they could help me get housing assistance in that area, I have since vetoed the idea of wanting their help at all, as I think that the whole process is more trouble than it's worth. Guess I'll stay where I've been living (Walla Walla), and pray that my local branch of Catholic Charities can help me with housing instead, since I still need help in relocating to a different part of the community.:(

This place is a dump! Look at the way they maintain the exterior of the building even. I wouldn't let them take care of my community if they don't take care of their own building

CCS Homecare in Lakewood is a 0 star. My grandma had been through 3-4 different caregivers in the last few months. Can never get ahold of the supervisor. The caregivers are inexperienced and not even certified. My poor grandma has not been taken care of properly and CCS does not care about her well being. If your looking for a home care agency try KWA or Firstchoice don’t waste your time with CCS. 👎
