Living here was okay - everyone at the office is nice and helpful so not sure what the other reviews are about. Giving three stars because the location is amazing and the maintenance is awesome. Took off stars because the walls are SUPER thin, after they took away my upstairs neighbors carpet there were points when it sounded like they were bodyslamming each other. It was so loud it made my walls shake. But what can I do? I didn’t renew my lease even though I really wanted to before my renewal offer because they raised my rent by over $400. No upgrades to justify why my rent was raised…plus someone stole packages from my doorstep (no gate). That coupled with my neighbors waking me up with their noises just brought this place down for me. It felt like I had no privacy at all. They are now trying to charge me $195 for a cleaning when I specifically told the office that I did not need the cleaning and I made sure the place was spotless before I returned the keys. I took a video for confirmation of this and sent it back to Avalon but have yet to hear back and that was nearly two weeks ago. So who knows what other fees I’m accruing since I haven’t paid that yet.

Coming here from Chicago I have already found the comfort and peaceful atmosphere I was hoping for. Love being so close to the lake. Marissa couldn’t have been more helpful and kind.

I live in one of the apartments here and their service is amazing. My washingmachine broke down and they put in a new one in a couple of hours. Travis set up the new machine and helped us with a bunch of things in the house. Best apartment living experience I've had so far.

The apartments are nice and spacious. The service team is quick, friendly and they fix the issues fast.. The rent is not super expensive. They have covered parking at extra cost. There is a lake by the apartment. Overall its a great place to call it a home.
