We stayed here for three months this summer. The grounds are beautiful. If you have grandkids or kids, this is the summer place. So so so much for them to do. The lots are spacious, it's secure, the pool is huge. There is a kid beach and a dog beach. The only thing that was unbelievable was the noise. Some residents decide to power wash their driveways or mobile homes for hours all day. So many residents use leaf blowers to blow all the leaves all day long. Our neighbor started his leaf blower 8am every morning. The lawn mowing, the weed whacking! It was relentless. Make sure you change your water filter at least monthly. Our water filters were both clogged from rust colored something in the water there. Do not go here for peace and quiet. You will go nuts.

I just purchased at Lake Chemung, will be residing there most of the year. From what I have seen the few times visiting, people and staff are very nice. Grounds are well kept.
There are always both lot only and lots with park models available. You can stay up to 6 months at a time and then need to leave for 30 days before you can return.
You can rent lots and put your own RV on it. Some people rent out their RVs and park models. You would need to call the park office to make reservations.

No it's only open over the summer season. Its drained during the winter.

That depends... if you are looking to move in, absolutely! If you were to be renting someone else's place for just a few weeks, that would be up to the individual owner.

You could look in to one of those junk removal places. They come an pick up the garbage and take it away
Try next door at the golf course, possibly? Not sure many of the residents rent out their golf carts separately from their trailers. You may find a few who have a golf cart available when you rent the lot/trailer, but not sure there is a list.
Depending on the week, you can also sometimes rent a park model trailer as well.
