I just purchased at Lake Chemung, will be residing there most of the year. From what I have seen the few times visiting, people and staff are very nice. Grounds are well kept.
Alot reside there U have to leave for 30 days every 6 months so it's just a campground not a house....but wonderful people pretty quiet activities on summer weekends... Great entertainment for grandkids as well
