Don't do it! I have been here twice. Car was just as dirty as I left. The undercarriage service is unremarkable. The sprayers gently spray various chemicals on your car, never completely rinsing them off, ensuring that the dirt that never got washed off will be sealed in to the paint.

Come here if you want an expensive low quality car rinse. Car door panels and the back is basically unwashed. Lots of car soap still on the car after car wash. The car drying process shows a countdown of about 30 seconds but it feels like 15 seconds.

First time going to elephant car Wash. I like that I could drive up with little wait. I did not like the quality of the wash though. My car was left dirty in a few spots that I expected it to be able to get and the blowers barely worked. My car was left pretty much soaking afterwards and I eventually got water spots everywhere on my brand new car. Unfortunately, I don't know if I'll return

Second time I’ve paid $17 for a wash and it looks just as dirty as it was before. Wasted over $30 for nothing now. Won’t be back. I wonder how many complaints it would take to actually file a claim with BBB or the AG. Looks like tons of people here are being ripped off by this wash and the company doesn’t even respond.
