We moved in a few weeks ago and we love it here, maintenance very prompt, yards are Beautiful....

There are rumors they are making their community look attractive to seniors and then raising rent regularly and easing seniors out of their community and/or bringing them discomfort as a result. There are also rumors that those on assistance were told they had to move after they have been there for years and the standards were suddenly changed on them.
