They are extremely slow. They aren’t even very busy and yet they look and act so overworked. The lady I had the last time was a younger girl but extremely nasty. I think I’ll start going to Quest down the road much quicker in and out, and very friendly at Quest.

I just need to make it known, Wendi is amazing at drawing blood and making you feel very calm. She is great at her job!!! She works very hard and probably deserves a raise!

The Hellertown HNL phlebotomist is skilled and quickly finds the veins. However, they are constantly forgetting to send through scripts if more than one test is done at once. The phlebotomist always, always complains if the script is on the computer but we have not been given a paper script. They appear spastic with anything technical. My parents are older and have a hard time getting there, just to find out, each time, that only test was put in if they have scripts for 2 or 3.
