We loved this campground! Although primitive maybe one of the best campgrounds we have stayed in. We stayed on site 31 on a Thursday in early June. It was a quick walk through other campsites to Lake Superior. We had trees keeping us from seeing it directly from our site but it was a quick walk and we could hear the waves as we slept! Very quiet campground. If you want music or phone service this isn’t the site for you but if you want beauty and nature, check it out. We loved it even though we often prefer electric sites!

No ATV riding in the National Park except the regular roads. Not even sure you could do that since the main road is a highway. Maybe the gravel roads through the campground at 10mph.
