No ATV riding in the National Park except the regular roads. Not even sure you could do that since the main road is a highway. Maybe the gravel roads through the campground at 10mph.

No. Maybe just for riding around the campground. There doesnt seem to be a ton of places to ride an atv. Its pretty rustic and pristine.
