Check in was smooth, I arrived earlier then the schedule and they were able to find me a room. The room was clean overall, but had a couple of missing things here and there. With a simple phone to the service desk they were able to get it. Daily housekeeping service, the housekeepers are wonderful and honestly that’s why I put the 4 stars. It’s all for the housekeepers! Full kitchen is provided, location is great. The gym is alright, only dumbbells and cardio (not expecting anything more). Overall great! Front desk staff were also great.

This hotel is very well managed. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about everything you need. The Rooms are spacious, and immaculately clean, with new furniture and comfortable beds. The exercise room has been redone and updated. Just generally, this place is the best managed and best value in this area.

My stay at the Residence Inn in Silver Spring was very pleasant. I liked the place from the moment I walked into the lobby. It was sparkling clean, neat and bright. It smelled good. And the staff were quite friendly. They even gave me a small package of disinfectant wipes! What a nice touch. My room was spotless including the kitchen and sofa. The bathroom felt like it was brand new. Everything including the floor and the glass shower were sparkling. I didn’t need the wipes, really. The bed sheets were soft which helped me sleep well. And I love that they’re pet friendly, although the $125 pet fee was steep for a one night stay. I wish all hotels were as high quality as this one. Highly recommended.
