I recently purchased a 2022 144” 4X4 Sprinter Van at Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring. I consider myself very lucky and fortunate to have met and worked with Charlie Miller as my Salesman. I can’t express enough how pleased I am with the entire process from, beginning my custom order, to order completion after revisions and throughout until delivery. Charlie was a pleasure and complete professional to work with. He was always available and happy to answer or research my numerous questions and/or concerns. In the market for a vehicle and went to talk to Blair at Mercedes Benz in Silver Spring. He was great! Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the array of cars they had to offer. It was easy to talk to him as he was not pushy or anything. Listened to my wants/needs in a vehicle and explained what each car they had to offer, plus some.
