DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I have been going here for a really long time, and it has truly gone downhill. The service was terrible and the young woman who did my nails was blatantly making fun of me with her coworkers for taking off nails I got done two weeks ago. In fact, she had multiple people come around me, proceeded to tell them how silly I was, and they continued to all laugh at me. When I got up to pay, I stood in front of the counter and they all talked but none of them wanted to check me out. After five minutes of standing there, I asked if someone could check me out. They charged me $15 to takeoff nails — which took them under 15 minutes. Because I’ve been going here for so long, I asked them what happened to the normal price of $7. They told me they haven’t charged anyone seven dollars in over 10 years. I explained to them how I just got my nails taken off of here a few months ago and they said they didn’t care it’s $15. Such a bad experience and truly disappointing. No one should be made fun of at their nail appointment and definitely no one should pay $15 to get their nails taken off and they look like this. Scratches, no buffing, no shaping, and no oil or lotion. She simply put my nails in foil and chopped them off. I expected more from you all.

I love coming here, it's always so inviting and professional! If you want something specific, they do it happily! I don't think I'll ever stop coming here! Best place I've ever been to get any type of nail or foot treatment! Don't even think twice about it, come here!! I promise you won't find a better place! Life As V Knows It

This wasn't the first time I've been to the Redmond location. The first times were semi-okay, no complaints but no praises either. This will be the LAST time I go here. I called to make an appointment to remove my dip and do a regular manicure. On the phone the lady told me that the manicure would be $32 and the dip would be $35 so I should just do that.... So I did. Worst mistake. The guy who does the dip manicures is rude. I had so many cotton hairs on my fingers and he wouldn't let me wash my hands, just used his old raggedy brush to wipe it away. I wanted French Tip dip powder. The powder, not the white nail polish. I told him this and he told me no, this was better. I told him I didn't want to pay extra for painter white nail tips. I didn't even get the option to change to a color and was charged more than what I was told. They charged me $40 for the clear dip powder that looks crusty with all these bubbles and cotton hairs. He didn't even put oil on my hands, just left and went to the extent customer. And the worst part is that they weren't even that busy! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Levue Nails Redmond needs to work on their customer service.
