I got overcharged $7 on an appointment back in February by Carol. She gave me a card that said take $7 off for a future haircut. When I tried to use it Courtney said that I should have had Carol take it off back then. I did ask Carol to take it off then, but she didn't know how, so she gave me the $7 off card with her initials on it. Courtney then said it needed to be used it within 30 days. Nobody told me that. And Carol, who was also there today admitted that she didn't know about any 30 day policy. Courtney said that it is just common sense to know that you have to come back within 30 days, and she told Carol to be quiet, since Carol was agreeing with me. Then, Courtney blamed everything on me and went to the back of the salon. Carol was helpful and got it straightened out. But Courtney has an attitude that needs an adjustment. She should not talk to customers in the nasty way she did to me. I'm not saying that the customer is always right, but in this case, she was definitely wrong. I am a long term customer. My wife and I have been going to Hair Cuttery in Jacksonville for over 15 years, and my son for the past 6 years. We will not be returning to Hair Cuttery, because of Courtney.

I didn't have an appointment. However Tori took me in and cut my hair to my specifications. I love Hair Cuttery. This is my 3rd time going. Always a good cut!!!
