great stay overall. My one suggestion would be to have a laundry machine that doesn’t require change to use, especially if the front desk can’t break a ten. No one carries change these days, not even the hotel. Somewhat disappointing for someone who has been traveling a while and really needs to do laundry.

Positive: The staff only Negative: WIFI did not work at all. Tried calling Location is horrible, facilities are not great and the price is outrageous for what you get. The listing said there was a pool, but it was not open on a 90 degree day. Overall not worth it.

Positive: The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. Great location for our needs. Negative: We arrived at 4 pm. Due to a staffing shortage, our room was not ready. Desk rep said 20-30 minutes. It was more like 45 minutes, and he did not alert me it was ready. I finally asked and he said yes it was ready. No apology for wait. No breakfast to go

The walls are paper thin. Woken up both nights do to neighbors noise, secondly we had no shower gel or coffee in the room. When I reported it to front desk the girl just laughed and said housekeeping didn’t show up that morning. After checking out early. 2 nights instead of 5 I was charged for 5 nights, I had a copy of checkout where it said only 2 nights. I had to call the corporate offices to get the charge resolved. I will never stay in any Holiday Inn
