Just had a cowboy pizza. The crust was way too thick and tough. Come on Newberg, please don't change the crust.

Pizza is great and so is some of the staff. Reason for my rating is because tonight when I went to pick up my pizza a young kid was sweeping and this lady after he finished wiped all of the food off their counter onto their floor and one male asks why she didn’t use the bucket and she shrugs her shoulder and just kept doing it all the way across their work station. The male that just swept that whole area said, “I’m not cleaning that.” As I would do the same and I’m a manager myself and that’s highly unprofessional of her and just plain rude. Her comment to him was, “You’re closing tonight, so yea you are.” I as well as two other people were in there and witnessed this behavior. She changed my whole experience at the Newberg papa Murphy’s and I honestly don’t think I’ll be back near as often. She needs replaced. How humiliating more so for her. Also I’ve asked for extra cheese on my pizza a couple times recently because it still don’t seem to have much & it has barely any still.

Good reliable pizza at a reasonable price. Watched the crew training a new guy, took a little longer but it was interresting to see how they showed him tips and techniques to gain efficiency.

I just had oral surgery so when I saw the crust less pizza I was like thank god !! I can’t believe this was 14$ I thought maybe they made a mistake and didn’t put enough. But when I called and talked to them I was treated like it didn’t matter. Do not get the crust less pizza make it your self cost them maybe 2$ to make and charge 14 $ the 1 star is for how I was treated when I called
