Horrible service. The cdl guy talked to me like I was stupid because I didn't click a link for what medical records I needed. Except if you read the link it says WHAT IS A CDL CLICK HERE. it doesn't say anywhere THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED TO TAKE THE CDL PERMIT TEST. Fix the website and tell the cdl guy to change his attitude because next time I won't be as nice when he gives it to me.

They are fantastic in person. They are short-handed the next few weeks so they may not have time to grab the phone. I've been in 3 times the last week and they have taken care of me within 10 minutes each time.
Yes on "most" days you're able to walk in without an appointment, but on some days I have seen a sign posted on their door stating that they weren't taking walkins on that day.
Check the Utah drivers license website for requirement and needed documents prior to going in to save time and effort. You can make appointments there when ready.

You should be able to we live in Weber county and just got my daughters permit in Box elder county. I would call and see if you need an appointment we had to have one for her. Hope this helps!
