The agent I worked with from this office was absolutely terrible to deal with and a blatant liar. When negotiating the final purchase price the agent said that his client needed an additional $5k because they had other offers that were competitive. We requested to see the offers and this agent claimed that KW doesn’t allow him to send competing offers and he could get fired. He told us we had only a few hours to make a decision so I decided to trust him despite my agent warning me that this was very unusual. I later called KW HQ and they informed me that it’s 100% legal and normal to share competing offers and that an agent denying me that is extremely deceptive. I reported this agent. We also had multiple contingencies that were broken after closing (washer & dryer stopped working, fridge had missing pieces, his client took the outdoor grill). They also left the house an absolute disaster and destroyed the carpet, railings, and multiple door frames. When we tried to get in the day of purchase to inspect the home before the contingency period was up this agent didn’t respond and we didn’t have access to the house until 36 hours after closing which was after the 24 hour window. Karma always comes around.

All the people in this office was so friendly and helpful. I'm a realtor from Florida and wanted to meet the agents in person for my referral database. They showed me around the huge building. Meet some great agents and staff. Very informative on all things Salt Lake City!

Where else would you go for real estate? Especially in Salt Lake City. The answer is nowhere.

As a licensed agent in Utah, you are either working under a property management broker's license or a residential broker's license. Unfortunately, like other states, Utah doesn't allow their agents to do both. You'll need to find a property management company as Keller Williams is a residential resale company, to the best of my knowledge.
Sure! I What is your phone number and email? I would love to help
