They have many birds there.

They are. You are required to wear a mask and they limit the amount of people. I highly recommend going, it's very peaceful in a crazy time.☺️

If you have papers saying he is an emotional support animal then probably yes but please do not let him eat the butterflies!

You should need about an hour to roam around and take pictures and let the butterflies land on your shoulder.

No. It's not really set up for weddings. Check out The Oldest House, Curry Mansion, Flight Club etc. For flowers call Petal & Vines on Simonton Street

Free Parking in is nonexistent in Key West, If you go Very early in the morning you might find a meter within a few blocks of the point.
