I lived here 2 years and when it shifted owners a lot of things changed i love the new landlord its so easy to communicate with him! very understanding with the good and the bad times and very caring workers he has i had a medical issue and was asked about 3 months later when i saw the repair guy how i was recovering, its the best place i have lived at.

In the summer of 2019 the building was purchased by new owners that are committed to making Royersford Gardens Apartments well maintained and very attractive. (This is a tentative 5* if they make the investments, I'll revisit this location in September to see where things are.) I just toured the site and took pictures of a couple vacant apartments. (The manager allowed it.) GREAT NEIGHBORHOOD!
