Zero stars!! They are the worst!!! DON'T BOOK!!!!! This group failed to show up at my event this past weekend (9/17/22) and then has avoided my calls, text and emails. I booked them less then a year ago, sent them my $200 deposit and confirmed through out the time and even this week that we were good to go and Carlos said yes everything was good. The day of the event they were a NO SHOW and then didn't even answer my calls or texts!! Horrible group of mariachis and very unprofessional!! To this date he has not returned my calls or text messages!! Very very unprofessional and major scammers!!!! Next is small claims court!!!

They confirmed with me that they would perform for my event two weeks prior and once again the morning of. 30 mins before they were supposed to arrive, I called again to make sure they were still coming and I spoke with Carlos and he said that his son is in charge and he will get back to me and he never did. I called 3 times after they were supposed to arrive and I got no answer and no call back. It was very unprofessional of them to not even have the decency to at least call back. I had my family waiting for nothing and it really ruined the tone of the event. If you do schedule with them, at least have a back up because you can’t trust them to be reliable.
