Bizzarest sales experience ever. The “manager” was arrogant and condescending, making comments and rolling his eyes. In this age of companies profiting from selling your information, they want to get all your info, including a photo, just to get a tour. Because of potential crime! When this guy is giving you a tour, you “might steal keys!” So bizarre. “We have stopped crime sprees”. When I pointed to the security camera, he wasn’t smart enough to get my drift. And said “see, we got your video anyway, so what’s the big deal with a picture”. It was clear that this place is not customer friendly. The manager brought up profitability like 10 times in 7 mins we were there. Don’t recommend anyone even visit this place, till they want new customers. Our visit made it seem like they got plenty. Or just be a bit more customer friendly and not be as aggressive, arrogant and condescending, at least during the first visit.

Humayun Rashid

The staff at this gym are excellent, and the cost is very cheap. So if you want a good gym in Redmond with a pool, steam room, and parking - this is it. If you want a nice clean locker room, clean shower and lavatory areas - then this is not it.

Gatorade Surf

I use this gym mainly for my swim training after I left my swim team. The pool has been ok. But there were a few times when the air felt thick and filled with chemical fume. Not chlorine though because it's a salt water pool. Otherwise the pool is decent. A little too shallow but it's expected for a gym pool. I tried to use the gym for weight training but I find it to be often overcrowded between 5pm and 6pm. That's why I go to my other boutique gym for weight training. My interactions with the staff have been awesome. They are friendly and can crack a joke or two with you. Parking has always been tough. At least between 5pm and 6pm.

Tried the gym for a month would not let me cancel. Spoke to Wayne. Could not help me. I didn’t want to put my card on file because of monthly charge knowing I wanted to try gym first. You’re sucked into 60 days which I was not aware of but it’s in the contract agreement you sign so of course I’m at a loss. If I don’t cancel today next month I am charged even if I’m not using the membership. Thanks!
