Interesting native plants walk, and peekaboo views of river. Relatively flat and gravel path suitable for mobility impaired. Only 3 stars because no alternative to getting to the top for view without taking stairs. For those who can’t do stairs, a ramp option would be welcomed.

A true gem in the middle of the city. We found this by accident but glad we did. Beautiful scenery. Only down side was the amount of homeless people hanging out. All very friendly.

Aug/Sept/Oct/Nov with the most fish arriving in late fall usually. If you want to see fish right now in July head up to the Skookum Hatchery area on the South Fork of the Nooksack River.
No pass parking free there is a parking lot fish hatchery side C st.
No there is no play ground for kids,but there should be a play ground. But there is a play ground behind Jalapeno's behind the rail road tracks. By the water.
