Great place to get bulk spices and fresh bread. The Iraqi bread is my favorite and 2/$1. The people that run this store are very nice, prices are reasonable and they make a great baba ganouj

Our family loves Mediterranean food and this authentic bakery was great. Their pita sandwiches for takeout were big and tasted great. The sandwiches were all between $5-$8. We bought a lot of meat pies, spinach pies, hommus, and baba and my family ate everything in a couple of days. They are one of the best Mediterranean markets/bakeries in Metro Detroit. If you like this type of food, do yourself a favor and go here.

The combo trays have an assortment of meats (chicken, beef (even lamb if you ask for it). And the meats are made in a variety of ways and sit on top of a tray of yellow (safron)rice. So you get kabob (long skewers), tukka (cubed) & gus/shawarma. So order the size combo tray you want and sample- all are delicious. Then you get to know what you & your group like best. Enjoy
