We recommend you feed your hummingbirds, Terrie. Make sure to keep the feeders clean. Ash makes a good point of cleaning with soap and water, then disinfecting with a diluted bleach/water solution. Rinse well. Hummingbirds and other songbirds might carry the virus but they don't appear to be susceptible to it like chickens and waterfowl. Thanks for asking :)

Hi Dawna! The best food for ducks at the park is cracked corn. We sell it per pound and in 25- or 50-lb bags.

We are still allowing only a few shoppers in the store at a time to keep everyone safe, and we ask all shoppers to please wear a mask inside the store. Also, we do offer curbside pickup for customers who call in orders.

Hi Russell. JB here. We have hummingbirds in many forms--glass, crystal, acrylic, metal--but I don't believe we have something in stained glass. I could be overlooking something. You may want to stop in and have a look. We're open 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday thru Saturday. Thanks for asking.

Hello, Lawrence. We suggest hanging something shiny and flowing near the problem area. Here at Backyard Birds we sell an assortment of holographic, mylar windsocks and scare tape to help discourage birds from an area. The shiny movement of such items scares them off.
