I was experiencing issues with a pre owned console I got at a different GameStop(between 3 controllers and 2 consoles had issues within 30 days) but the store manager Steven was a huge help and took care of my situation immediately! Excellent staff at this location!

Nice people, and a good selection. Has a selection for all current systems including PS5, Xbox 1, and the Switch. Gives a military discount as well. Has a good amount of pre-owned games also. Does take trade ins.

Currently rated at four stars just because first time quick visit. Store was clean, organized, and seemed to be stocked well. However the PC accessory section was non existent with only two items. If your're a console gamer you're good to go. Customer service was pretty good. Only 1 employer probably a sup or mod but they were attentive to greet me and my daughter when we walked in as they were assisting two individuals. The associate was very friendly and seemed genuine as I made my purchase.

No, GameStop isn’t equipped in making repairs on consoles or discs. The company has warehouses in Texas who make repairs but only when a console is traded in and needs to be refurbished to resell. You will have to contact an actual person who does repairs to electronics. Try a place who repairs PCs maybe.
