Working with a personal trainer and making progress already. Excellent selection of user-friendly equipment. 24/7 access is a nice bonus. VERY clean and everyone there is always courteous (staff and patrons alike). Very supportive trainers, even when I get frustrated with myself. Highly recommend!

They don't have a lot of extras here, but I found it to have everything I normally would use. If you want a pool, hot tub, tanning, massage chairs they don't have them here. They have a cardio theatre, free weights, daycare, and all the machines you'd ever need. Pretty affordable too.

That would be pretty pricey because PT prices are per session and depend on the trainer.
It's a great gym. I love it there. But no, no stream room
