Last call of the day, he seemed to be in a hurry, put a new lid lock on it, said that would solve the problem, it didn't ...(also canceled from the day before, dispatch said the truck broke down, driver said it didn't , they overbooked and ran out of time) never call Sears, no wonder they're out of business

* very courteous; kept his cool with me expressing my disappointment. I was unhappy with the bait and switch. I did not sign up a diagnostic. I signed up for a clean and maintenance/tune-up. You vacuum out the dryer by removing cover and clean out lint; he did clean vent, but did not remove cover. The only thing he did with washing machine is run it through it cycle which is done every time it is use.

Repair good but Technician put box with old compressor in it on our kitchen table. It left a white stain that ate through the finish. Still waiting for callback for resolution
