The tech was uninterested in doing any repairs because they were going to be difficult. He was in my house less than 15 minutes and just wanted his fee. I wish I could leave less than one star. Very disappointing.

Sears Appliance repair technicians are experienced, professional and frequently have parts with them so the job is finished in one trip. They are not the cheapest repair service but you can depend on the job being done right or they will make it right.
