Mr. Mark was kind enough to tell me my problem from my description without even coming out and charging me a diagnosis when he could have. This isn’t typical, so don’t expect that. It was a special case of this particular problem on this particular appliance. That goes a really long way and I’ll be sure to use him in the future. Thanks Mr. Mark.

i have a 2017 samsung with bottom freezer thats not getting power,both circuit boards have been replaced but light inside only flashes indicating a reset but it wont reset....would you possibly be able to have a look at it....i can bring it to you
