They have switched back to A & E and Sears Employees and they went from Zero to Hero. Like others they struggled during the pandemic and had to "utilize" any jackleg they could. Now things are like they always were before. We got the card from our technician that did maintenance of our 5 appliances and will ask for him by name next time.
