Dishwasher repair worked for three weeks and failed. Do not work with Sears. They will not uphold their 90 day guarantee and you can NEVER talk to a customer service person. Phone recording simply states not technician available I have spent hours trying to schedule a technician. Phone call and chats routed to people who cannot speak English and cannot solve the problem. We joined the Home Warrantee and will end our membership. Absolutely terrible customer service!

For repairs look elsewhere. Sears used to be a brand that you could trust. This is no longer the case. If you can reach a human they are unable to help. Appointments are cancelled without notice. Fees are charged without repairs made. I am very sorry that I choose to deal with Sears home repair.
