Got a tire replaced a year ago. Price was a little steep but not terrible. No option to receive an invoice by email. I found some bubbling on the tire last week. Called Discount to see about a warranty replacement. Talked to an employee who told me to find the transaction on my bank statement in lieu of having the paper invoice. Called him back to tell him I dug through my statements and found it and he tried to tell me I would still need the paper invoice (like why waste my time on a goose chase?). I dug through my paperwork and found it and called him a third time to make sure it was covered by the warranty and he said it would be. Brought my car in today and the woman working there told me bubbling wasn't covered under the standard warranty. I think she could tell I was a little irritated and offered me a small discount which was nice. Went across the street to another tire shop 30 feet away instead. They gave much friendlier service and offered an outstanding price on a new premium tire.

AVOID THIS LOCATION so prior to today service was good. What I learned today is service is only good if you pay. We had the tires balanced and rotated a couple weeks ago and since then the steering wheel shakes bad. Took it back to have them redo the balance and was told it would be an hour and a half wait. Every other time I've been there it was no wait. All of a sudden when they had a mistake to fix there is a wait. The other times I was there with no wait there were way more cars and customers. Today it was almost dead. Unacceptable. Will never go to that location again.
