I had a great experience at Appliance Factory! The sales rep I worked with was very knowledgeable about the products and did thorough research to answer any questions he didn’t know the answer to. He spent as much time as needed to answer my questions and show me a variety of options with the features I was looking for. Although their sales reps work on commission, he was never pushy and didn’t suggest other products or more expensive brands/options to get me to make a purchase that wasn’t in line with my needs and budget. All the staff was patient and friendly, and their knowledge about products—and the product availability itself—was far superior to their big box competitors (as were prices!). Delivery was also a breeze, and their drivers were very quick and efficient while being respectful of my home. I will definitely look to Appliance Factory for future purchases!

The sales staff was ready to help me the moment I came into the store unlike another store I had been in earlier. They had what I was looking for in the store with a good delivery time considering the holiday rush for appliances. I have had good service everytime I bought something here.
