They usually can pickup but it depends on your county of residency. If you live in Bucks for example you have to contact your Bucks county habitat for a pickup. Other than that you can find pickup requests on their website along with a number that's separate from the store. Apparently if you call the store you'll be directed to this number. If you want to drop off this location accepts donations from 10:30-4 Tuesdays-Saturdays now but each store seems to be different.

I don't think they have their land line connected just yet, Google doesn t even have a number for them. Also they accept all donations, either you drop it off or they can set up a pick up to your residence. Hope this helps
