This scam of a company charged my 72 year old mother $100 plus some garbage membership to recover a yahoo address that they never recovered and never could recover. They "cleaned" her 7 year old pc which is still as slow as it was before the "clean". They "recovered" her gmail account which never needed to be recovered because her password was stored on the computer. This company is indeed a scam and unless they provide my mother with a refund this review will just be the beginning. *Who left this reply. I need confirmation that this 100% satisfaction guarantee is credible please

This company has somehow managed to get ahold of my grandfather's card information and has not stopped charging his card monthly. Charged a $200 starting fee and, from what I've read charges $100 to cancel the program, which doesn't even work apparently, as my grandfather's computer is still slower than hell. He has no information from this company in written form and doesn't appear to have any knowledge of who this company is or what it does, let alone that they've been continually charging his account for the last 17 months. It all appears to be a big SCAM!!!!!
