AC Maintenance or Tune-Ups include a visual examination and cleaning. Here are a few items we do during an AC tune-up: replace the air filter; examine the free area near the equipment; ensure that the system is operating properly; adjust the thermostat; consider the start-up and cooling cycles; and examine and clean the blower's components. Depending on what the technician discovers, your air conditioner may or may not require repairs.
