There were only two employees working at the time and it took forever for them to wait on three people mind you it was not their fault the one person had a whole lot of stuff that needed to be done which I'm thinking that person should have had to make an appointment because because of them the store received a line of people waiting to be waited on.

Customer service is something that doesn't exist at this store. I had 4 employees walk up to the "online pickup" area where I was standing, waiting to be helped. Not a single employee looked at me or asked if I had been helped or if I needed help. When someone finally asked, they told me "you're just gonna have to wait a minute, I don't have the tablet." Now I'm told to go to the BACK of the checkout line (all people that started the line AFTER I showed up) to get help. As a person that has worked in retail for 20+ years, I know that you help the customers in the order they show up. I would ask for a manager but I'm sure they are as useless as their employees. I was right, asked for a manager and he was 1 of the folks that completely ignored me. Now I have to wait for Ed...

UPS "shipping" station doesn't accept Amazon returns. Then you shouldn't advertise because you are not FULL SERVICE.

All of the good staff in the copier center has changed. No one knows what they are doing. The staff seems to be nice, but some seem, to not want to do their Jobs. It’s a hit or miss depending, who is working. The staff in the copier area need more trainings.
