The guy told me to come in at 7am, on a Wednesday with my car for oil change, he made sure he had the right filter, (he said he did), got there on time, Lady would not put me in computer because the guy was running late, so i waited till 7:30, not there yet, so i went to shop around store, he got there finally, i was first, then 35 minutes later he returned the keys to the lady, she said he didnt have the right tool! was a waste of my time!

I'm not to happy took my mother's Saturn for 2 New tires come to find out 1 hubcap is missing.. person I spoke to said it was cracked .. and it was but it still stayed on because of the ring that snaps it on was fine then he said that they threw it out.. not even mentioning it to her or nothing on the paperwork either. Waiting for hours for supervisor to call still waiting.. how dare you throw my property away without my permission. If I don't hear back from the supervisor today. I'm calling the corporate office.
