This is by far the worst store ever. I ship a lot and this store is close. On two occasions I had to make multiple trips to return packages. The first I returned 9 times trying to get the issue resolved. Their scanner does not work well and was told to e mail them with the return label. However their website does not list an e mail, only a type in contact. I was given the direct e mail by a store employee who told me to e mail 3 times since they have server issues. After multiple e mails they still hadn't received one of them. Fortunately, after my 8th try to return this package I was helped by John. He gave me his direct cell phone number to text him the return label and kept the package so I would not have to make another trip. Everything was solved because of his effort. Thanks again John! My last return had the same issue as the scanner did it again. I returned again, trip 2 with a printed label only for that to fail again. On trip 3, I brought my wife with another printed label, her cell phone with return label as well as her I Pad showing the label. We were being helped by the rudest, challenging and clueless so called manager named DANA. When I asked for her name she did not answer but only showed me her badge. We were told by her that my return was finally scanned into the system, left the return package, and left very frustrated after this my 3 rd trip to this store. After a week goes by I received an email from them telling me they can not print the return label and I had to go back for a 4 th time. At this point I was so frustrated with their service I called the company I was returning my package to and asked them to e mail this store the return shipping label. They did, and finally this issue was solved. I also had another return that was to go the the US Postal Service and was told they printed that out for me and to come pick it up. I was surprised they did that for me after all the problems I had had so far. So, another trip up the road to find DANA again and I knew at that point something was up. Boy, was I correct. She now tells me I owe her $6.00 plus tax to print this one page and a charge for the use of the computer to enter the information. I wanted the scream and give this DANA a piece of my mind. After all the hassle I went through with this store, they still had the nerve to stick me with a charge. Unbelievable!!!!!! I do have to say, John went well out of his way to help solve the issues with my return and I commend him for that. However, the so called store manager DANA has no communication skills, is rude, confrontive, argumentative and the worst customer service person I have ever met!!!!!! IMO, John should replace her manager and she should be fired.

An employee in this store is extremely unpleasant and has no customer service skills. I have dealt with her on several occasions and every time I leave the store I am determined never to come back. Unfortunately, Amazon requires the use of only UPS stores so I have returned several times and always have the same issue. Well, no more.

Charged me $2 for ONE PIECE OF TAPE on a small box. Absolutely ridiculous. You’re forced to buy their overpriced $5 roll of tape or pay $2 for one piece of tape. Rather than drive all the way home for one piece of tape, I paid it but won’t be back. Not even the post office charges for tape!

Why? Because, "Apparently" it is hard to get good help these days! This place goes through both managerial and also clerical workers, like most other places go through "paper towels"!

What time do I have to be there by, in the morning to ship on the morning truck for an, "out of state" shipment?? What time in the afternoon?. Are there only two "actual", shipping times from this store?

Well, "supposedly" the only one you need to worry over is the (5:00pm) truck. Because the "Morning" truck? The "Morning" truck leaves the Kent Island Store "Promptly" about (3 Hours), "BEFORE" the store opens its doors for business at (8:30am)!. Yeah, Like the last guy said. "Yup".

Do you have a notary at the store on Saturday, December 30?
