The team at this store has it down!!! There was a line that was more than 10 people deep and the team was fast, efficient, and friendly. I was there maybe 10 min. Don’t let the line fool you, this is a fast store!!

I went into this store 6 days in a row, and wasn't able to get a po box. Not because any fault of the lovely ladies that were there working hard. It was because apparently the manager is the only person who can. Having managed up to 70 people at a time over the years I cannot figure out why he wouldn't train at least one other person to do this task. There are so many reasons to have a backup. I guess he must not trust his hiring practices.

DO NOT GO HERE. I used to come here a lot, and then didn’t need to for a while due to not needing to. New employees. Rudest customer service I have ever received, especially the younger woman who was checking people out today. I thought we were going to get into a whole yelling match in the lobby with how disgusting her behavior was. Won’t even be surprised if my package doesn’t get delivered. Go literally anywhere else but here.

You can be polite to them, but they really don’t care. I had never been to a business that’s rude to you for simply walking in the door until I had to start coming to this UPS store. Coming here to make labels and ship packages for my business always guarantees an awful beginning or ending of my work day. I’m not sure what the local alternative to this place is, but I’d pay just to avoid here. Steer clear if you can.
