When the driver didn't knock on my door for my delivery, I called the service center and James returned my call and made arrangements for me to pick up my package at the Customer Center in Flint. When I got there he brought it out to my car. That is customer service at its finest. Thank you again James.

We have a Amazon Hub at our apartment complex (big wall of lockers). UPS delivers packages there for the residents. Unfortunately, they cannot seem to direct the package to the right resident. One of my packages a neighbor brought to me, one the management retrieved for me it was directed to another resident, the other they delivered whoever got them KEPT it. Then last week they dropped my package off at an Auto Parts store on the other side of town. No other delivery company has a problem using the hub. I now won't order anything shipped by UPS.

Google says they are open from 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM.
Denise, Much more than that, actually! This location is open from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, is closed between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM, and is open again for another hour between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The one-hour break is to allow drivers coming back from their day of deliveries to hand over the packages that customers requested be held at the center instead.

Track your package online & u can also put a hold on it then.. You can request alerts so you'll know when the driver had brought it back to the building
