For more than 10 years I have traveled thru eight states to conduct my business. I rely upon UPS and FedEx stores wherever I go. The OC UPS store for years was the worst I ever encountered. But this year it has become the absolute best. There is new staff -- friendly, smart, knowledgeable, proactive in finding solutions, genuinely interested in assisting customers, fast! -- an amazing turn-around! OC staff: Keep up the great work!

I have had nothing but great service from very professional and efficient staff. The young man who was working the counter this morning by himself was slammed and he was completely calm, courteous and efficient!

I don't know who owns this store now, but judging by the most recent reviews, it's the same person that owned the place when I worked here several years ago. I had 10+ years experience working at UPS Stores prior to coming here, and this location was by far the WORST location I ever worked at. The owner just didn't care, and hardly ever came in because they lived three hours away. I worked with about eight or nine different people in the year and a half I was here, and they all (for lack of a better word) sucked. The only advice I can give is to call UPS corporate and keep making complaints. It may take a while, but they will do something if enough people make a stink. 1-800-PICK-UPS
