Pontoon boat was HIGHLY UNSAFE: no speedometer, no odometer, no horn, captain’s chair replacement was unsecured from floor and too low for a 6’2” man to see from, side doors wouldn’t close, fire extinguisher unsecured, and flimsy ladder makes it a nail biter on whether you can get back on again or not…but most troubling is that the boat takes on water when dropping the engine down fully, forcing those (aka 5 children btwn 10-13) on the bow to frantically run the back to balance it back again, otherwise the boat is laughably slow - literally bypassing boats were laughing, and we never had to drop our speed under the bridge bc we had never gotten faster! I regret not reading the reviews and can only imagine 5 star reviews like “Ricky Ridenour“ are a fake. After reading them now, I am going to save myself the frustration of calling for a refund and take my complaint to the OCMD PD. This is a tragic accident waiting to happen.

They should be ashamed of themselves for renting what they do. The whole boat we were on had doors that wouldn’t shut, couching missing, the boat could barely keep up, they were 45 minutes late on our rental that was reserved and the whole sides were damaged, moving and ooo the boat almost capsized because it was not meant to drive any more. I guess it is on us when they said they had multiple calls on other rentals about the boat not operating. Yeah we’re they cheap sure, but I would never comfortably recommend this establishment to anyone, especially if you have children. Only pro was the individuals working were super nice.

Wow, looking at the reviews I was hesitant to try this place but I am glad I did. Was the boat the best in the world to drive? No, but at boat rental places I have come to recognize that. Boat was a little slow to get started but once it got going we had a great time. Prices on the website don’t match what was showing on site, and the employee was up front enough to tell me that ahead of time. Got to go on both sides of the bridge and really open it up at some places. Could not tell how fast we were going since the speedometer didn’t work, but I wasn’t out there to see how fast I was going. Just enjoy an afternoon on the water with my family which we had a great time.
